Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is made for the big functional monomers with polymerization activity. The product achieves the dispersion of cement by the steric effects provided by electrostatic potential sets of side chain, and is a kind of high performance water soluble dispersant designed for concrete application.
 

The product is a water-soluble dispersion with the excellent water-reducing function. As a water-based polymer product, ZY-1000 can meet the needs of severe condition of the production process and the product itself, and works well in extending the open time and enhancing the slump resistance property.
 

ZY-1000 has an excellent capability on water reducing. When making concrete, there is less air infiltration and no setting time delay phenomenon. In addition, ZY-1000 can meet the requirements of environmental protection in the future.
 

ZY-1000 is fully compatible with those major chemical additives used for the production of concrete additives, but data show that ZY-1000 is incompatible with Naphthalene sulfonate water reducer.

Dosage: recommendation of additive volume is 0.5%～2.5%. And the optimum dosage could be adjusted according to the design performance of concrete mixture. With a broad range of doses, ZY-1000 makes concrete hold effective controlling capacity on slump constant time by adjusting doses.
 

Storage:
Prevent the erosion caused by climate. The storage temperature should be between 5°C ~ 40°C.
Under these conditions, the product should be used within six months after the delivery.
Under normal storage conditions, the color of ZY-1000 will change from pale yellow to light brown, but this has no effect on the performance.

ZY-1000 is non-dangerous goods, but inedible. Avoid contact with skin and eyes when using. If swallowed by mistake, immediately sent to hospital for treatment. If spilled, absorb the spills with the sand, soil or other inert materials, carry them away by suitable containers, and flush out the residue with plenty of water. The disused and expired product should be disposed in accordance with the local Waste Disposal Ordinance.
