ZY-315 is a new material of hydrophilic polymer. Spray or paint ZY-315 over the surface of the concrete, it would generate a compact layer of film soon. By preventing the evaporation of free water in the concrete, product achieves the concrete curing.
 

The product, which is suitable for cast-in-place concrete and cement products in engineering, such as civil use, industrial construction, highway, bridge etc., can completely replace the traditional sprinkling water curing technique.

Spray or paint ZY-315 after final setting. Generally speaking, make sure to cover the subject twice both in vertical and horizontal direction when spraying or painting. After the layer becomes dry for the first time, spray or paint once more evenly and ensure the spraying direction of the second time is perpendicular to the first time.
The product could be sprayed or painted with hairbrush, or roller brush, or sprayed with mist sprayer.
 

Storage:
Prevent the erosion caused by climate. The storage temperature should be between 5°C ~ 40°C.
Under these conditions, the product should be used within three months after the delivery.
 

ZY-315 is non-dangerous goods, but inedible. Avoid contact with skin and eyes when using. If swallowed by mistake, immediately sent to hospital for treatment. If spilled, absorb the spills with the sand, soil or other inert materials, carry them away by suitable containers, and flush out the residue with plenty of water. The disused and expired product should be disposed in accordance with the local Waste Disposal Ordinance.
