ZY-310 is compounded of high performance dispersant and other high-activity minerals or materials. By adjusting the proportion of additives, the product controls the formation time of ettringite in the concrete hardened paste so as to make the concrete with the technical performances of rapid hardening, tiny expansion and high strength etc. ZY-310 could weaken the possibility of cracking concrete since applying these micro-expansion materials.
 

With the good water reducing rate, ZY-310 is suitable for general and pump concrete, grouted aggregate concrete, self-leveling mortar etc., and those concrete structural parts needed quick setting.
The functional time of concrete can be adjusted by dose. The controlled functional time of ZY-310 ranges generally from 5 min to 3 h, and the strength of the concrete within 1 ~ 3 days can reach 20 ~ 30 mpa.

Considering to the differences of constriction technology, we offer two kinds of products: powder and liquid.

Dosage: recommendation of additive volume is 3%～25%. And the optimum dosage could be adjusted according to the design performance of concrete mixture. ZY-310 makes concrete hold effective controlling capacity on coagulating time by adjusting doses strictly.
 

Storage:
Prevent the erosion caused by climate. The storage temperature should be between 5°C ~ 40°C.
Keep the powder product dry. The product should be used within six months after the delivery.
 

ZY-310 is non-dangerous goods, but inedible. Avoid contact with skin and eyes when using. If swallowed by mistake, immediately sent to hospital for treatment. If spilled, absorb the spills with the sand, soil or other inert materials, carry them away by suitable containers, and flush out the residue with plenty of water. The disused and expired product should be disposed in accordance with the local Waste Disposal Ordinance.
